The Society for General Microbiology (SGM) is pleased to announce two managerial appointments to its Publishing Department.
Kerry
Cole has been appointed as Sales and Marketing Manager. Kerry joins SGM
Publishing following previous roles at the Stationary Office and Portland Press.
Rachel
Walker has been appointed as Publishing Operations Manager. Rachel transitions
to this role from her current position as Managing Editor for Microbiology.
Kerry
and Rachel join the Society’s Publishing Leadership Team headed by Leighton
Chipperfield, Head of Publishing. Leighton said, “I am
delighted to welcome Kerry and Rachel to the leadership team. These
appointments are key to the execution of our forward publishing strategy."
